From the date of delivery, you are entitled to a 14‑day return or exchange service, provided that the items remain in re‑sellable condition—clean, with no visible signs of wear, no odor, original packaging intact, and all hang tags still attached and undamaged. For returns or exchanges due to product quality issues, please contact us with photos after signing for the package.
